Hello my name is Christina. I am a certified breathwork and meditation instructor. I am a registered nurse who works in a level one trauma center operating room. I was in fight or flight for years due to my own trauma and my patients trauma. I was breaking down and knew there had to be a better way. I finally found breathwork and meditation 8 years ago. It saved my life. During the pandemic I realized how much others needed these tools also. That is when I decided to get certified to teach. I have found my creativity presence and joy again. I am so excited to share these tools with others!
